Riddhi received ISO: 9001: 2008 on 29th August, 2007 for the mission - 'Design & Development, Testing and delivery of system software as per the requirement of customers'. Riddhi has carved a niche by helping create a surveillance system for social sectors like health, education and nutrition through the aid of GIS solutions, software enabled analytical tools and large scale capacity building programmes. Riddhi has worked in close co-operation with the Central Government and the State Governments in India as well as with esteemed international welfare agencies like UNICEF, WHO and GTZ. Riddhi has made Geographic Information System (GIS) a user-friendly tool in the form of 'Whizmap®' so that it can be put to use by the beneficiary bodies and not just remain limited to the technical administrators.
