SIRD, Dept. of Panchayat & Rural Development, Government. of Assam and Riddhi signed an MOU for the development of MIS-GIS modules in Assam for rapid implementation of rural development programmes with necessary quality objected to alleviate poverty and generate employment opportunities in rural areas.
